Hidden from the road in its own valley behind a band of tall trees, the hotel makes a great base from which to explore the vast sandy beaches of North Devon's golden coast or the wonders of Exmoor. The attractive, tranquil grounds surround the hotel's car park, which is free for guests.

The hotel offers tasty home-cooked food, made with locally sourced produce wherever possible. Evening meals are available but must be pre-booked.
