Higher Faugan Parc was built in 1904 as a private house and has undergone extensive refurbishment. It is set in 10 acres with a large lawn for guest use.
Formerly the family home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes (founder of the Newlyn School of Art), Higher Faugan has 7 rooms, including 4 luxurious suites. All have an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Each suite has a studio kitchen/dining area.
Higher Faugan Parc is within easy reach of Lands End and St Ives. At Penzance you can walk through beautiful Mounts Bay and admire views of the English Channel.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Set in what was once the artist studio, now known as the North Wing, each suite provides enough space to sleep up to 4 people. They include king-size beds, sofa-beds, bathrooms with bath and shower and a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and tea/coffee making facilities. Suites are serviced daily. The continental breakfast features a large selection and is provided in your suite/room. This gives you the freedom to take breakfast at a time that suits you.
Please do not use the Googlemaps facility above - the driveway leading to Higher Faugan Parc is not shown and so directions will be incorrect. The entrance is off Chywoone Hill. If approaching from the north, it is 50 yards (45 metres) on the right after passing Gurnick Road (also on the right). Higher Faugan is signposted at Newlyn.
