Important InformationReception staff are available during the day via the intercom system and will always be there within 5-minutes of ringing. The owner resides in the sister Guest House and is available 24 hours a day. Full payment is required on check-in. Please note that there will be no breakfast available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day. Room informationIron/ironing boards are available on request. Please ask at reception if you require any shoe-cleaning materials, hairdryers or shampoo etc. Alarm calls can be booked at reception, for which there is no charge. DirectionsBy Car From York: - Proceed along the A6460 and at the main roundabout, take the turn onto the A59 Skipton Road. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - West Grove Road is on the right-hand side, past the parade of shops. From Leeds: - Come into Harrogate on the A61, and at the main roundabout turn right onto the A6040. - Proceed to the next roundabout, and turn left onto the A59. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - Continue as above.
