Executive chef, David West, and his team, produce generous portions of the finest local produce with a contemporary twist, including: Cairngorm wild saddle of venison; Morayshire rib-eye steak; Glenlivet slow-roasted lamb and fresh, west coast langoustines. The Cullen Skink is a great favourite: rich creamy haddock, onion and potato broth. The delicious desserts are always served with 2 spoons. There is an extensive range of fine wines and whiskies to suit all pallets and budgets. A stunning mirrored wall ensures that all diners can keep an eye on any unusual happenings on the Loch whilst enjoying their meal.
By Air Inverness Airport is 18 miles from the hotel. By Train Inverness City railway station is 11 miles away. By Bus There are regular bus services from Inverness. The hotel is about 3 hours north of Edinburgh and 3.5 hours from Glasgow.
