Boasting beautiful views across Goodrington Park and lake, this small, privately-run guesthouse offers a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Paignton, yet within walking distance of all main attractions.
Set along the coastal path, the Wentworth Guest House is ideal for walkers and those who want to enjoy the facilities at Quay West (200 metres). It is also perfectly situated for access to local attractions, including Paignton Zoo, Young's Park and the beach. Directly opposite, Goodrington Park is home to a wealth of bird life by day and breathtaking illuminations at night.
With just 10 guestrooms, the Wentworth provides a friendly, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay in the heart of The English Riviera. Owners Lindsay and Martin Baxter are on-hand to ensure that you have a memorable stay.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car: From Paignton town centre: - Follow signs for Brixham along Dartmouth Road. - At the first mini roundabout turn left, then immediately right onto Roundham Road. - After approximately 300 yards turn right into Braeside Road. - Continue down to the bottom of the hill by the park. - Turn right and you will find the house about 150 yards along. Alternatively: - Follow Paignton Seafront to the mini roundabout and turn left past the Harbour to the top of Roundham Road. - Bear right along Alta Vista Road then take the first left down to the park. A taxi service runs from both the coach and train station, and a pick-up service is provided by the guesthouse if required.
