By Car (from London): Hastings is approximately 90 minutes' drive from London, via the A21. By Train: Black Rock House is within easy walking distance of Hastings railway station. Trains run regularly between Hastings and London, Ashford (for the EuroStar to Europe), Gatwick, Eastbourne, Brighton and Rye. By Ferry: The ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive. By Channel Tunnel: The Channel Tunnel at Dover is just an hour's drive away. Parking: There is plenty of on-street parking available in the area surrounding Black Rock House. Free parking permits are given to guests for the duration of their stay.
