Today, Hornsbury Mill has been beautifully converted into a 4-star hotel, with the historic mill's stunning original features carefully preserved and sensitively integrated. Beautiful original wooden beams and historic stonework combine with contemporary facilities, such as wireless internet access.
All of the hotel's cosy en suite rooms are individually designed and decorated in a traditional country style. Each room has its own unique charm and some of them have pretty window seats, where you can enjoys views down to the stream.
A generous full English or a continental breakfast is included in the price.
You can enjoy a delightful lunch or a candlelit dinner in the Mill Restaurant, as the original waterwheel turns beside you. The restaurant offers modern English cuisine and nearly all the ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and farms, including organic vegetables, local beef, trout and Somerset cheeses.

On the original drying floor of the mill, the superior rooms have recently been converted. The rooms contain low original wooden beams with the millers' names carved in them. These rooms are decorated in a contemporary style and feature modern comforts and facilities, such as plasma flat-screen TVs and colourful artwork.
