All the rooms in the main house have been individually decorated and are furnished with antique furniture and paintings by local Scottish artists, reflecting the history and style of the original house. 4 new rooms have been added in the Leiper Wing.

The elegant rooms feature comfortable beds finished with the finest Egyptian bed linen. Hand-made organic Scottish soaps, home-made shortbread and soft, fluffy bathrobes add that little touch of luxury.

All the rooms have plasma flat-screen TVs.

Cove is within easy reach of Loch Lomond, Loch Fyne and the historic town of Inveraray, yet it is less than an hour's drive from Glasgow and even less from Glasgow Airport.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
