Brook Barn is a wonderful, relaxing hideaway in over an acre of gardens. The gardens include an orchard, a wild flower meadow and a beautiful chalk stream. The Mediterranean garden features a luxurious hot tub.
The rooms are beautifully but simply decorated and extremely comfortable with Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels, TVs with Freeview or Sky satellite channels and CD/DVD players.

Room information
Stylish, attractive and decorated to a high standard, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Cosy and romantic, the rooms still feature the barns’ original wooden beams. Two of the rooms have French windows leading out onto private terraces and the Hayloft suite has a set that open over the stream, the garden and the glorious surrounding countryside. All of the bed linen is luxurious high-quality Egyptian cotton, pressed to give you that wonderful hotel-bed feel. Wonderfully soft towels and fluffy bathrobes are provided and each room comes with luxurious toiletries and bathroom products to make a bath or shower just that little more special. Each of the rooms has plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table and a comfortable chair.

This charming room can be set up with 2 twin single beds or one super-king-size bed. The beds have luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and cotton, padded headboards. The room retains its original wood-beamed ceiling and has oak floorboards, warmed by the under-floor heating. The lovely large French doors lead to the private outdoor seating area. The Brook has a desk/dressing table, a TV with Freeview digital channels and a comfortable armchair. There is ample space for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner in your room. The Brook has a separate but private bathroom with a bidet. Candles are provided, as are luxurious toiletries and bathroom products for that added touch of luxury or a little well-earned indulgence.

The Stable more info
The smallest of the 3 rooms, The Stable is delightful. The room has French doors opening out onto the Mediterranean garden, with the hot tub. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner, sitting on the terrace outside your room, with the water feature trickling down through the garden, bubbling softly in the background. In truth, this may be the smallest room, but it may well be the most romantic. Simply but beautifully decorated, the room has under-floor heating and a beautiful original wood-beamed ceiling. The room has a double bed with a pretty, padded headboard and a generous duvet covered in a crisp Egyptian cotton cover. The room has a very comfortable armchair, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a TV with Freeview digital channels. The en suite shower room has a shaver point, a heated towel rail and a shower that is a lovely size.

The Hayloft Suite is on the first floor with stunning views over Letcombe Brook, the croquet lawn and wild flower meadow. You can enjoy breakfast or dinner sitting at the double French windows, looking down onto the brook. The suite has its own private sitting room with comfortable sofas. This luxurious suite has wood beams and a sloping ceiling, with a wood-burning stove for those chilly evenings. The sitting room leads to a dressing area that has a large dressing table, which can double as a desk. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The bedroom leads on from the dressing room. This also has a French window. There is a king-size bed with a generous, Egyptian cotton-covered duvet. The bathroom has a large, powerful shower, a large washbasin, an electric towel rail and a shaver point.
