By Car (from Porto Airport): - Leave the airport following the signs for IC24 for Porto and Braga. - Take the first bend slowly as you merge onto the IC24. - After 9 km, take exit 6 for Porto and Vila Real. - Leave at first exit 3 onto the A4, to Vila Real. - Take care as traffic merges from the right (they have priority). - Take a toll ticket in the right-hand lanes. - Pay toll shortly before Amarante. - Continue on IP4 and take exit 18 to Mesão Frio (road 101). - Immediately follow signs left and then right. - After 20 km, follow the road at Mesão Frio towards Régua. - Continue on the bypass at Mesão Frio. - Take the national road 108 towards Régua. - The Pousada can be found on the left of the narrow road.
