Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Rooms not claimed by 20:00 on the night of arrival will be re-let without further reference excepting where prior advice has been given. Ground floor rooms if required must be requested before arrival. All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. The occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other occupants.
