Nestled within a 43-acre forest estate, the castle lies at the foot of the fabled Blue Stack Mountains near Lough Eske. The original castle has been transformed in to what will be Donegal's first 5-star hotel and spa. Specially commissioned artwork adorns the walls throughout the hotel, bringing the historic building into the 21st century.
The pool and spa treatment building sits in the footprint of the original glass house which once stood in its place. An aqua green and gold mosaic colour theme flows through the pool and spa areas.

Measuring a total of 46 m² the luxurious rooms are finished to the highest standard, with bespoke oak furniture and deep-pile carpets throughout. They are decorated in warm, relaxing, neutral tones that reflect the peaceful views of the forest and lake. The rooms have king-size or twin beds (requests are subject to availability). Marble tiling is found throughout the en suite bathroom with built-in bath and separate shower.

This spacious, open-plan suite is 65 m² and has an opulent feel. There is a solid oak four-poster king-size bed and bespoke oak furniture with a sofa, coffee table, easy chairs and a breakfast table. All suites have two 32-inch flat-screen TV units. The bathroom has marble tiling and a double basin unit.
This spacious open-plan suite is between 84 and 91 m². It has stone-tile floors, thick rugs and ‘Spanish basket’ gas fires. There is bespoke oak furniture throughout, as well as walk-in wardrobes and four-poster king-size beds. There is a large oak table and chairs for up to 6 guests. All suites have a 32-inch flat-screen TV and marble tiling in the bathroom, which has a double basin unit.
