If cancelled up to 28-42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8-28 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings and must be paid in cash. Security deposit payable on site. Bed linen provided. Please note that regarding the deposit policy, a non-refundable deposit will be charged on day of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Each house comes with a fully fitted kitchen for you to cook your own meals, however, if you fancy a night off, there are several pubs and restaurants in Waterville.
From Limerick: - Take the N22 to Castleisland. - Continue on the N23 to Farranfore. - When you reach the junction at Farranfore, turn left. - After approximately 100 metres turn off to the right to join the R561 to Miltown. This is a country road but is the most direct route to Waterville. - At Milltown take the N70 for Killorglin, Cahersiveen and then Waterville. - Just before reaching the town of Waterville, turn left at the Waterville Craft Market and you will see the houses straight ahead. From Cork: - Take the N22 to Killarney. - Continue on the N22 until you come to a left-hand turn to Kenmare (R569). - When you reach Kenmare Town, drive along Shelbourne Street and turn right at the post office onto Henry Street. - At the crossroads turn left and continue out of town until you see Whyte's Centra Supermarket on the right-hand side. - After the Supermarket, take a left-hand turn onto the road to Sneem and Waterville. - Go through the town of Waterville and turn right at the Waterville Craft Market and you will see the houses straight ahead.
