A new development of 16 holiday homes, Sheen View offers 3-bedroom houses which can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. Each home features one double bedroom with en suite, a twin room, and a single room with separate bathroom. Downstairs you will find a WC and an open-plan living/ dining area with fully-fitted kitchen.
The houses are just 10-minute stroll away from Kenmare town centre, which is home to a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Kenmare was recently awarded Ireland's Best Kept Town and is renowned for its clean air.

If cancelled up to 28-42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8-28 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Electricity is a set charge of EUR 5 per day in summer months (July and August) and EUR 6 per day for the rest of the year. A security deposit is payable on site. Bed linen and towels are provided, it is advisable to bring extra towels. Please note that regarding the deposit policy, a non-refundable deposit will be charged on day of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The open-plan living/dining area features a kitchen complete with all modern conveniences, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, TV and open fire. The houses have partially enclosed back gardens and there is private parking available for each house.

By Car: From Limerick or Cork: - Take the N22 to Castleisland. - Continue on the N23 to Farranfore. - Then take the N22 to Killarney. - At the first roundabout turn left onto the Ring Road for Cork. - Continue towards Cork for approximately 12 miles. - Turn right onto the R569 for Kenmare, passing through Kilgarvan (if travelling from Cork, turn left onto the R569). - Sheen View Holiday Homes are located on the left-hand side just before the GAA pitch & Golf Club when you're approaching Kenmare Town. They are well signposted. From Killarney: - Take the N71 - Scenic Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare. - On approach to the town you will pass by The Kenmare Bay Hotel on your right-hand side & Centra Petrol Station on your left. - Keep going straight up through Kenmare town passing by Quills Woolen Mill on your left & AIB Bank on your right. - Take a left out of town passing Kenmare Golf Club on your right. - You will find Sheen View Holiday Homes on the right-hand side. They are well signposted.
