These charming, 3-bedroom, terraced holiday homes are situated in the beautiful village of Bunratty, famous for the world-renowned Bunratty Castle and folk park.

The castle and folk park attract many thousands of visitors each year. The interior of the castle has tapestries and artefacts from various eras in its history and mediaeval-style banquets are held twice every evening in the great hall.

The folk park features reconstructions of historic 19th-century cottages and buildings, with a period-style main street. Old tools, furniture and artefacts are displayed and there is an old home bakery and peat fires in some of the cottages.

Situated between Limerick and Ennis in County Clare, Bunratty is also an ideal location for touring the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Aillwee Caves and King John's Castle and the Hunt Museum in Limerick.

The village boasts hotels, craft shops, restaurants and the famous Durty Nelly's pub and restaurant, one of the most famous traditional pubs in Ireland.

Each attractive terraced house has an open-plan sitting room/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with a patio area at the back. Each house has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. There are 2 double bedrooms (one of which is en suite) and one twin bedroom.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 16:00 hours until 18:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 125.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 28-42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14-28 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A fixed amount of EUR 125 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check-In Information: The keys to your holiday home can be picked up at the holiday village between 16:00 and 18:00. If you are due to arrive outside of these times, please contact the supervisor for alternative arrangements. You can contact the supervisor directly, by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Damage Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival and is refunded at the end of your stay, providing no damages occur. Additional Costs: Heating and electricity is provided at an additional and this cost must be paid on departure
