Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 16:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The deposit required at check-in is for the garage key. This is returnable. An end-of stay cleaning fee is applicable for stays of more than 6 days. The hotel reception closes at 16:00 from Monday to Friday and at 13:30 on Saturdays. Guests arriving after 16:00 must contact the hotel in advance.
