La Pergola Hotel and Dependance serves local and Mediterranean cuisine, offering varied menus of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Children have their own daily menu and the hotel can also provide gluten-free meals. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 13:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 20:30.
By train: the nearest railway station is Latisana (18 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro). A regular bus service connects Latisana to Lignano (bus station: Viale Centrale - Camping Sabbiadoro, which is around 50m from the hotel).
