This unique and friendly hotel dates back to the 1700s. It serves good home-cooked food and has 8 refurbished en suite rooms. Star Hotel Moffat is only 20 feet wide!
The family-run hotel is mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records as the narrowest detached hotel.
The hotel has a restaurant and 2 bars that serve Real Ales and over 50 whiskeys. Close by is an excellent 18-hole golf course and fishing on the River Annan. Moffat is convenient for the A74 (M) motorway.
