The Residence du Golf d'Armagnac benefits from exceptional natural surroundings for a relaxing stay in a peaceful environment.

It boasts beautiful cottages for up to 6 or 8 persons, with individual swimming pool, private terrace and garden, offering perfect comfort. Each house is perfectly equipped with living area, kitchenette, bathroom, satellite television and bike parking.

Many leisure activities are available in the nearby area: golf course, tennis and swimming pool, there's something here to each and everyone!

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 19:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit: A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded (15 days after departure) after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.
