The Delmont Hotel has a good location, within easy reach of all of the North Bay's amenities and holiday attractions, including Scarborough Cricket ground, The Sands complex and the Alexander Bowls centre. The shop and beaches are within easy walking distance and there are also regular buses to the neighbouring villages and towns, including Filey, Whitby and York.

All of the 51 en suite rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, TVs, radios and alarms. Most of the rooms have stunning panoramic views of the bay, from the castle headland to the Cleveland Way.

The hotel's bar, dining room and lounges also have impressive sea views.

A lift is available to all floors and there is disabled access at the back of the hotel.
