• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 00:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check-in details: As soon as a reservation has been made, a customer service representative will contact the guest to make check-in arrangements (the property does not have a reception desk). Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out, provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition. Cleaning: Cleaning material is provided but there is no housekeeping service. All rates include bed linen, towels and kitchenware.
