Résidence Maeva Le Boucanier is a luxury residence neighbouring the forest. It is located between the lake and the ocean, 300 metres from the beach and 100 metres from local shops.
It is made in the shape of two circular arches containing approximately 120 apartments on four levels, with lifts, overlooking the swimming pools and the lake.
This residence offers 2 unheated outdoor pools. This is an exceptional setting and a prime location for walking, cycling and water sports.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
