Madame Vacances Résidence Le Mail Plage, La Couarde-sur-Mer

Minimum stay is 7 days, from saturday to saturday (possibility for daily reservation from December to April, minimum 2 days).
Found at the heart of the île de Ré, only 100 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and close to the centre of the village, La Couarde, the residence Le Mail Plage also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (during the summer months), sun terrace, laundry room with washer and tumble dryer, outdoor car park and bike storage.
The kitchen in the studio apartment is equipped with an oven or microwave, dishwasher, electric hobs and refrigerator.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit: A deposit for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.
