In a 19c Haussmann style building, we offer various sizes of furnished flats to accommodate from one to six people.
Each flat retains many original features including fireplaces in the sitting rooms, parquet floors and ceiling cornices.
HotelHome Paris 16 has been renovated to the highest standards to provide its guests with the charm of traditional interior design linked to the latest technology, private phone lines, international TV channels, internet access by wifi, individual and adjustable air conditionning in all the bedrooms and sitting-rooms of our apartments "Twin Suite", "Suite Double" and "Family Suite" and fully equipped kitchens.
A daily cleaning service is offered : our maids are coming every day of the week, from monday to saturday, to do your beds, to clean your bathroom and do take out the dustbin and if necessary they change your sheets, pillow-cover and bath linen. Every week, they make a very complete cleaning of all the apartment and change all the provided linen.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you plan to arrive later than 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the access code. If you need a Wi-Fi card to connect your computer to the internet, please also mention this at this time. To ensure you have some provisions when you arrive in your apartment, email the residence a list of any food or drink that you would like and staff will be happy to go shopping for you.
Each apartment has bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/dining room, with a fireplace and central heating. The lounges feature moulding on the ceiling and thick rugs.
The 35 m² Twin Suite is an apartment with 2 rooms, for one to four people. It includes: - One spacious bedroom with twin beds, large storage cupboard, desk, fireplace, and two windows looking out onto an interior courtyard transformed into a pleasant garden, - A small passage area between lounge and bedroom with chest of drawers and independent access from bedroom and lounge to a recently renovated shower room with basin, towel warmer and toilet. - A lounge with window looking out onto the garden, equipped with dining table, chairs and armchairs and with a comfortable double sofa bed. - A recently renovated fitted kitchen (vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils). There are 4 Twin Suites, from the 1st to the 4th floor with garden view, and one Twin Suite on the 6th floor which looks out over the road. All have air conditioning and are accessible by lift.
Our Suite Double is an apartment of 45m², offering two rooms for one to four persons : • one bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, desk, fireplace, fully-insulated window overlooking Rue George Sand, calm and full of light, • a small passage area between lounge and bedroom with independent access from bedroom and lounge to the kitchen and to a bathroom with bath, basin, hairdryer, towel warmer and toilet, • a very spacious lounge with two windows also overlooking Rue George Sand and fireplace, equipped with dresser (crockery and glassware), dining table, chairs and armchairs and a comfortable twin sofa bed (two separate beds), • a modern and fully fitted kitchen (vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven (bake, grill, microwave), small dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils), • a small entrance hall with large storage cupboard. We offer five Double Suites, from the 1st to the 5th floor and overlooking the road, all with air conditioning and accessible by lift.

This 65m² family apartment offers 1 bedroom with twin beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds overlooking the interior courtyard’s garden. The main double bedroom also boasts a fireplace and an en suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The living room has a double sofa bed and looks onto the garden. HotelHome Paris 16 is located in a quiet residential area very close to the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadéro, the Bois de Boulogne, and the famous tennis stadium for the French Open "Roland-Garros". Nearby the residence, the metro station "Jasmin" (line 9) or "Eglise d'Auteuil (ligne 10), the RER "Boulainvilliers" (ligne C), buses lines 22 & 52 will allow you to reach easely any other places you want to discover and visit inside Paris or even outside Paris, such as Versailles or EuroDisney. Transports to and pick-up from airports can be reserved on request at the reception office.
