Les Pescalunes, Agde

The residence is located in the heart of a beautiful pine forest dominating the Cape d'Agde and the Mediterranean. It is a good starting point for discovering the local heritage.

Les Pescalunes features wooden, air-conditioned cottages have designed to respect the environment. They offer a very functional, bright and comfortable space, neat interior decor and are well equipped.

Situated between the Mediterranean, the Hérault river and the Etang de Thau, Agde is a well known seaside resort on the Languedoc coast. It features 14km of fine sandy beaches protected and bordered by green parks, interspersed with basalt cliffs, rocky islets and the sea.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional charge. Opening hours : Monday to Friday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 For Stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the room rate (except July and August).
