Pierre & Vacances Cap Esterel is a unique holiday resort set between the sea and picturesque Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur countryside. It offers a range of accommodation spread over 3 different areas.
The Village Area is in the heart of the 9-hole golf course. It overlooks the superb Bay of Agay and features many shaded parks, gardens, boutiques and restaurants.
The Hamlet Area, the most peaceful one, is set between the Dramont Beach and the resort centre. The apartments and houses on offer are decorated in a Mediterranean style and most have stunning views of the sea.
The Lakeside Area is at the far end of the resort, near the lake. It can be reached in 12 minutes by foot from the village and features small Provencal-style buildings.
The main reception is in the village and open 24/7. Please note that from 15 July to 26 August, reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.97 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

No deposit will be charged.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
DEPOSIT EUR 200 per apartment, paid on arrival (by cheque or bank card) and refunded upon departure.
In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen area with, among others, 4 hotplates, mini-oven and electric coffee-maker, a TV with 6 French channels, 4 foreign channels (1 English: CNN, 3 German: ARD, SAT1, MTV) and 1 special Cap Esterel Village information channel (weather, activities…) CAP TV. Furthermore all apartments have non-contractual information, a chargeable safe and a balcony or terrace with garden table and chairs. Please note: No telephones in the Bastides apartments or in the N buildings of the Hamlet. Possible to book these services for short stays.
BY ROAD • From Paris (980 km): A 8 motorway (La Provençale), Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël exit, follow the direction of Saint-Raphaël/Cannes, then St-Raphaël centre, then Valescure and Agay. At Agay, follow the direction to St-Raphaël. BY TRAIN • SAINT-RAPHAEL TGV STATION (9 km) - Coach links: Société Raphaël Bus or by taxi. BY AIR • NICE COTE D'AZUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (75 km by motorway) - Coach link to Cannes, then regular bus service Cannes/Agay or by taxi.
