About Pierre & Vacances Les Restanques du Golfe St Tropez hotel
Set on the top of the hill, the apartments overlook the Gulf or the leisure area. They are divided into small buildings with round-tiled roofs and warmly coloured facades, embellished with archways, balconies and shutters.
Situated in the Village, the Houses blend in with the overall architectural style. They are located near the lake in landscaped grounds. The Villas are spread around the lake and blend in with the vegetation. They are elegant, one-floor dwellings with a high level of comfort. Each villa has air-conditioned bedrooms and a garden. The Bastides are large, elegant, comfortable apartments with air-conditioned bedrooms.
Many services are offered on-site, including a main reception open everyday around the clock.

Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information
DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

In addition to listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen area, 4 hotplates, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.
