Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information
DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.

In addition to the listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with 4 hotplates, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a balcony, terrace or loggia with garden furniture. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. The 3-room apartments (6/7 people) have an open-plan kitchen. BY ROAD Paris (450 km) — Bordeaux (398 km) — Toulouse (642 km) — Rennes (100 km) — Nantes (50 km). • From Paris: the A6 motorway going to Nantes, then the A10 for 40 km. When you reach Ablis, take the A11 going to Chartres/Nantes. In Nantes, take the A82, then the N165 to Savenay and then the N171 "Route Bleue" to Saint Nazaire, La Baule and Guérande. Take the "La Baule-les-Pins" exit, then Avenue des Moulins de Rochefort towards the airfield. Then follow the signs for the "Polyclinique".
