Facing Belle-Île, between the marina and the ocean, the village resort has been designed in a traditional Breton style with slate-tiled, granites houses.
Pierre & Vacances Port du Crouesty features apartments in 3 districts:
- Bretagne Douce district, in the heart of the village, close to the beach;
- Maisons de la Plage district, close to the spa, the beach and the different amenities;
-Quai des Voiliers district, facing the marina and near the shops.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cap Ocean Reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
In addition to listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with 2 or 4 hotplates, a mini-oven or a microwave/oven and a terrace or balcony (in most of the apartments). A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

Then take the D780 towards Nantes and exit at "Presqu'île de Rhuys/Sarzeau/ Port du Crouesty" (Arzon district). A11 "Autoroute de l'Ouest" to Nantes. Then take the N165 to Muzillac, the D20 towards Sarzeau and the D780 to Port du Crouesty/Arzon.
