Pierre & Vacances Belles Rives, Argentat

In a picturesque location on the left bank of the Dordogne overlooking the river, the Pierre & Vacances Belles Rives residence offers comfortable, self-catering accommodation and an outdoor swimming pool.

The apartments provide a well-appointed living space for 4 or 5 guests. They feature modern en suite facilities, a TV, seating area and a full equipped kitchen area, including a dishwasher. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the pleasant view over the Dordogne River.

Children will be kept entertained in the outdoor playground. During your stay, make the most of the activities on offer, including fishing, cycling and hiking.

• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. Guests can ask for the "Premium" formula. It includes beds made upon arrival, change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay and mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit".
