If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times (in the Elan building): Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Friday: 08:00-12:00 / 15:00- 00:00. Saturday: around the clock. Sunday: 00:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Important: if you plan to arrive outside of these reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Room information
In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 electric hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).
