If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.
All apartments have a fully equipped small kitchen with 2 hotplates and a traditional oven. There is also a vacuum cleaner.
