Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 to 12:00 on Sundays and Wednesdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday afternoon. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
