Résidence Maeva La Baie, La Baule-Escoublac

The residence lies on the north-west promontory of La Baule's bay, in a residential area. The two buildings provide apartments, 60m away from the beach and close to the liveliness of Le Pouliguen's harbour.

You will also find shops as well as a spa and wellness centre nearby. Moreover, many activities are offered in the resort.

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed Sunday and Wednesday afternoon.
