Résidence Maeva Bleue Océan is located on the south coast of Brittany, on a narrow peninsula halfaway between the medieval town of Vannes and the seaside resort of Quiberon.

The residence provides modern apartments equipped with en suite facilities. They provide you with a comfortable and functional living space for the duration of your stay.

Bleue Océane is close to the spa, 100 metres from the beach and near the centre of Carnac, famous for its beaches and of prehistoric sites.

• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.
