Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
