Hotel Le Saint-Paul features 3 rooms and 13 Junior Suites. The rooms located on the village side offer a view of Rue Grande, and those situated on the valley side offer a panoramic view of the Saint-Paul Valley. Two of the suites feature a nice terrace with a splendid view overlooking the valley. All the bedrooms and suites are decorated in genuine Provencal style with Souleïado, Pierre Frey, Manuel Canovas and Rubelli’s fabrics.
The rooms have an area of 20m², and they feature renovated interior design fitted with Provencal fabrics.
The Deluxe suites have an area ranging from 40 to 60m². They feature a bedroom, lounge area, and a beautiful view of the valley and the village.
The package includes: - Stay in a Superior Room - Village. - 1 dinner for 2 (drinks are not included). Minimum stay: 2 nights.
The junior suites have an area ranging from 30 to 35m². They feature a comfortable lounge area with table and sofa, and interior design fitted with Provencal fabrics.
Following renovations, the restaurant welcomes you in larger and completely redecorated dining rooms. The vaulted dining room retains its 16th century charm and is enhanced by one of Jacques Margerin's Provencal trompe l'œil. The second dining room is now fitted with an exquisite 17th century fountain. Sheltered by Saint-Paul's ramparts, the flower-decked terrace offers peaceful settings where you can enjoy refreshing dishes with distinctly Mediterranean flavours. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic dinner under the starry Riviera sky. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star in March 2000.
