Eurogroup Domaine de Messanges is made up of 12 individual villas with heated private swimming pool (8x4 metres) and private garden, and 16 semi-detached and single-storey houses with a shared swimming pool.
Near the Étang de la Prade (pond), Moliets golf course, and a few minutes walking from the centre of the village and the beaches, the Domaine de Messanges is also close to numerous hiking trails and bike tracks.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded (15 days after departure) after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.
Each apartment has a living room with a sofa-bed, satellite TV, DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hotplates, extractor fan, oven, and microwave. The apartments also conveniently include a washing machine and a tumble drier. Guests can relax on their own covered terrace with garden furniture.
The houses have an area of 70m² and feature: - A living room with one sofa bed. - Two bedrooms with one double bed or 2 single beds. - A cabin with bunk beds. - A bathroom with bath, a shower room and 2 separate toilets. Some houses have easy access for the disabled. In those houses, the toilets are in the shower room and bathroom.
