Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 19:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception Opening Hours: Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Reception is closed on Wednesday. If you plan to arrive outside of these opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.
