Citéa Maisons Alfort has 85 apartments spread over 7 storeys, friendly, functional spaces for working, eating, and relaxing. To make life easier, we provide: a breakfast room, an automatic clothes washing facilities, and an enclosed parking. An indoor heated swimming pool is also provided for our clients' enjoyment. The *** residence is located in a renovated district near the banks of the Marne, the Veterinary College, and the Musée Fragonard.

• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
