The reception is open from 07:30 to 21:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 on week ends and bank holiday. For any arrivals outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
