The Residence is located south of Montpellier in a quiet, residential district. 10 minutes from the historic centre. And you're just 15 minutes away from the Mediterranean beaches by car. Citéa has 96 apartments on 8 floors, providing a friendly, functional environment.
Opening hours :
Monday to Friday : 7.30 am to 9.00 pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays : 8.00 am to noon and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
In case of late arrival (18:00), please call the hotel in order to obtain the number for the night porter on duty. Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence.
It is possible to request a hairdryer, and an iron and board. For this, we ask for a deposit of EUR 15.
