Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

If the length of stay is shortened, 100 % of the daily rate will be payable for each night cancelled. The reception is open every day from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 22:00.
