Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 23:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
