Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence. Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other booking options are available. The residence may cancel any reservation that does not comply with these conditions after informing the client. Reception opening hours: Check-in service is available on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Late arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the residence in advance.
