Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Reception opening hours : Sunday to Friday 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact reception in advance to get the access codes. City tax is payable at the residence.
