By Car: - Follow the road signs towards Centre Ville (city centre). - Then follow the road signs towards Place du Capitole and Place Wilson. - And follow the road signs towards Parking Victor Hugo. - The back entrance of Hôtel de France is located at 4 Rue Victor Hugo. By Train: Get off the train at Toulouse Matabiau. From there, go down Rue Bayard, take a left into Boulevard de Strasbourg and turn right into Rue d'Austerlitz. By Public Transport: - Metro line A, get off at Capitole. - Metro line A or B, get off at Place Wilson. By Plane: From Toulouse-Blagnac airport, take the shuttle to Allées Jean Jaures.
