Le Grand Balcon is located in the village of Les Houches and consists of traditional chalets with views of the valley and Mont Blanc Massif.
This residence offers studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments for up to 7 guests. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette, free TV and a balcony or a small garden.
Le Grand Balcon also has an on-site restaurant and indoor parking, and the Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam are accessible at an additional cost.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence. Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
