La Palmeraie is located in Grimaud, an ancient village in the Maures mountain range and near Saint-Tropez. The residence provides a relaxing atmosphere on the French Riviera.
The residence features studios, 2-room apartments and 3-room apartments distributed among a number of small buildings. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).
Guests will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool (open from April to mid-September and heated from April to mid-June), an on-site restaurant (open from June to September) and an open car park. Also, in July and August, there is a free shuttle service from the residence to the Port Grimaud beach.
From 07 April 2009 through 29 August 2009, Les Palmeraie also features a children's club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
Hotel package: Bed and bathroom linen are provided on-site and included in the room rate, and beds are made daily. Residence package: Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other booking options are available. Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towel and bath sheets. End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
