Saint Martin, Talmont Saint Hilaire

The Domaine Saint Martin, 6 kilometres south of the Sables d'Olonne, is situated just 300m from the sea, on a magnificent rugged coast-line.

The beach and shops are about 2.5 kilometres from the hotel and they are serviced by a free shuttle service available during July and August.

Saint Martin features small houses for 4/6 people. All of these spacious apartments feature a terrace with garden furniture and are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool with paddling pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), an indoor heated swimming-pool (open from April to the end of October), a bubbling bath, volleyball and basketball courts, a bike hire and a children's playground. The residence also features a children's club for children between 4 and 11 years age in July and August.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
